MetaDock · Community

A free community of people doing the work.

The community is a free space inside the practice: weekly conversation, the FAST Framework, and the kind of feedback that helps the work take. Free to join, and your invite comes straight to your email.

Useful conversation. Better feedback.

This is a space for people doing the work, not a feed to scroll. It exists for practical resources, grounded questions, and conversation that helps a pattern shift instead of staying stuck.

The point is not noise. It's better reflection, better orientation, and the kind of contact that changes what becomes possible.

Three areas. One conversation.

Every resource, conversation, and live session moves through one of three areas: health, wealth, and integration, the domains a life is built through.

Pillar 01

Health

The human field. Your body, your mind, and the quality of your relationships. The ground a life is built on, so the work starts here.

Pillar 02

Wealth

The action field. How you turn intention into a plan, and a plan into systems that last. Your capability becoming contribution that reaches past you.

Pillar 03

Integration

Living what you know. It starts with clear seeing: noticing your own patterns honestly. Integration is the work after that, building what you see into how you actually live, so health and wealth become one life instead of two separate projects.

A weekly space for the work.

Each week the community includes a live session built around practical questions, clear framing, and direct application. Some weeks lean toward inner work. Others toward action, structure, and execution.

Occasional guests share what they know. The standard stays the same: does this help someone see better, move better, and operate better?
